ULSC's Workforce Division trains youth and adults to gain and maintain employment that is personally fulfilling and economically rewarding. We seek to empower individuals by teaching them cutting-edge technology and business skills that are crucial in today’s workplace. Counseling provides skills in: computer based training, operating systems, networking, business plan development, financial management, marketing, and basic business operations.
Smart Energy Solutions (SES), a minority business enterprise (MBE) and social venture, founded by ULSC that promotes economic, environmental and social sustainability through education, training and energy efficient services to low- income residents of Southern Connecticut.
