Our Programs and Services

Workforce & Youth Development
The Urban League’s workforce program prepares youth and adults for the demands of the world of work. Often those entering the workforce do not see the correlation between education, work experience, and long-term self-sufficiency and lack a basic understanding of workplace expectations including proper dress, attitude, and the importance of being on time. Urban League programs are offered as a workshop, or self-paced and include one-on-one counseling.
